Research Topic

Her research project deals with the synthesis and characterization of Platinum Group Metals-Free electrocatalysts for Oxygen Reduction Reaction (ORR). The work is focused on the synthesis of Metal-Nitrogen-Carbon and metal oxide catalysts, their electrochemical and Physico-chemical characterization, and their application in energy conversion and storage devices, such as alkaline fuel fells and bioelectrochemical systems.

Williane is currently engaged in the LAZIOINNOVA – BASELINE project.
